About this product

This cotton and jute braided rug is made from recycled cotton waste and environmentally friendly hemp or jute. The braiding is done in village based communities by home workers close to Agra. The cotton and jute compliment each other perfectly, resulting in a lovely contemporary rug fit for any home.

Made by a GoodWeave accredited supplier, giving the best assurance that no child labour was used in the making of this product. Namaste and our suppliers both contribute a % of the value of the rugs/furnishings purchased to GoodWeave which then goes back into the communities where they are made!
