- Movement of goods from the UK to the Republic of Ireland is subject to clearance fees, duties & taxes depending on the nature and origin of the goods. Our delivery carriers will contact you by email or text message to let you know the fee and how to pay. Once the payment has been processed the goods will be delivered to you. Please note that failure to pay these charges will result in your order being sent back to us and you may incur a return fee.
- Movement of goods from the UK to Northern Ireland is not currently subject to any duties, taxes or clearance fees
Channel Islands
- Delivery is FREE for orders over £100 (excluding Furniture).

Europe & Worldwide
- We will contact you with a quotation for delivery & estimated delivery times. We try as hard as we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible but you may experience a delay in receiving your order due to reasons beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
- Movement of goods from the UK to the EU & Worldwide is subject to clearance fees, duties & taxes depending on the nature and origin of the goods. Our couriers will contact you directly to let you know the fees and method of payment. Please note that failure to pay these charges will result in your order being sent back to us and you may incur a return fee.

Furniture Delivery
Two-person delivery- The two-person delivery service offers a variety of services tailored to suit our customers. Furniture will be taken to a room of your choice with options for; no unpack, all the way through to a full unpack & assembly service removing all packaging for recycling, additional costs apply. You will be contacted by the delivery company by text/email to let you know they are handling the delivery. A delivery date and 4-hour delivery slot will be offered within 24-48 hours of the booking being received. Customers can accept or decline the date and the delivery company will deliver when is convenient and best suits you. On the evening prior to delivery, you will get a polite reminder of the delivery booked for the next day and to confirm the time. You should then receive a courtesy call 30 mins prior to arrival. Once the service has been carried out images will be taken of the delivery and sent to us to confirming the delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that doorways and passageways are wide enough for pieces of furniture.

- Please note, missed deliveries will incur an additional charge for re-delivery.
- UK Mainland 2 Person Delivery Cost is £45.
- Non-UK Mainland orders will be contacted with the cost which depends on location.

Pallet Delivery
- Furniture can be delivered on a pallet to your address if you prefer. Deliveries are Monday to Friday, between 9am & 5pm. Please provide an email address & phone number when you place your order so we can arrange a convenient delivery time. Please check items for damages before the driver leaves, as it is not possible to claim for damages that have occurred in transit if they are not pointed out to the driver. Unfortunately, the driver cannot remove the pallet or wrapping. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure doorways and passageways are wide enough for pieces of furniture.

Click & Collect
- You can collect your order from our warehouse in Skipton, North Yorkshire. Simply put a note in the additional information Click & Collect and the delivery charge will be removed by the Sales Team. We will prepare your order so it is ready to collect within 2 working days and will contact you to arrange a convenient collection time.
Returns
- We hope you will be happy with your order but if it is not what you wanted please complete the Returns Slip and return the item in the original packaging, in perfect saleable condition for a full refund. Please notify us of any breakages within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will send a replacement. We regret that postage costs cannot be refunded unless goods are being returned due to an error on our part. This applies to both outbound and return postage. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returned earrings unless faulty.
