Lovingly produced by a company founded in 2003 by a young socially motivated entrepreneur named Shaina. Her vision was to help women in urban villages with low incomes who needed to work from home. Their mission statement is "To empower women by providing fair wages and creating beautiful, handmade, high quality and unique accessories". Their creative young designers bring flair and sketch up new lines. The company helps to support the education of women in their group and also provide monetary support for medical emergencies when needed. Small offcuts of different fabrics from all over India are recycled into handmade beads.
