Made for Namaste on a Fair Trade basis by skilled artisans in India. All Namaste rugs are produced by GoodWeave approved producers.

Both Namaste and the producer pay a percentage of the value of rugs bought to GoodWeave which allows the pioneering charity to both inspect and certify the production units and to plough money back into the rug makers communities through education and training projects aimed at the most disadvantaged. Suppliers are monitored and subject to unannounced and random inspections. Each rug features a numbered GoodWeave label on the reverse side which can be traced back to the producer, linking you directly to the lives at the end of the supply chain 80% PURE WOOL & 20% COTTON
