About this product

Traditional Lac work is an ancient craft of India. Lac is a coloured resin that is obtained from wild trees. Articles made of Lac are considered auspicious and are used in cultural and religious cermonies. Layers of the resin are applied as a lacquer and the items are then finished off in true glittery Bollywood style, as these mini treasure chest trinket boxes display!
