All our wool garments are hand knitted from imported New Zealand Wool. Based in Kathmandu, our supplier is happy to support many of the Artisan knitters with home-working. Many of the workers have family commitments and this arrangement provides welcome flexibility. It also means they can gather in friendly knitting groups and interact socially while producing fabulous knitwear!
Namaste offers two distinct wool colllections. One is created with a chunky yarn while the more expensive variety uses a fine yarn. Fine knit garments are distinguished by more detailed designs and colours.
