About this product

The practical, strong backpack features the Om symbol; the most sacred in Hinduism, with each visual element representing a different state of consciousness. Comprises main compartment which is split into 2 with padding for laptop/tablet, front zip pocket and open side pockets with adjustable straps and a hanging hook. All trimmed with ethnic stripe and motif patterning on the sustainable hemp texture.

Supplier Information
Our main supplier in Kathmandu is a member of the Fair Trade Group Nepal and has a social program to train and rehabilitate 'Kamlari' girls who have escaped from a life of servitude. Their main premises were destroyed by the earthquake in April 2015 and since then they have been housed in a temporary pre-fab building nearby. We have hugely increased our spend in Nepal since the earthquake and are proud to help this wonderful country to get back onto its feet.
