About this product

A strong rainbow stripe shoulder bag, woven from cotton gheri. The adjustable length strap makes it simple to wear as preferred, on the shoulder or crossbody. Closed with a secure zip fastening and with a useful front pocket, this bag is practical, washable and versatile. It also has an internal zip pocket great for more valuable items.

Supplier Information
Our main supplier in Kathmandu is a member of the Fair Trade Group Nepal and has a social program to train and rehabilitate 'Kamlari' girls who have escaped from a life of servitude. Their main premises were destroyed by the earthquake in April 2015 and since then they have been housed in a temporary pre-fab building nearby. We have hugely increased our spend in Nepal since the earthquake and are proud to help this wonderful country to get back onto its feet.
