Delivery Charges

UK Mainland & Isle of Wight
Delivery is FREE for orders over £50 (excluding Furniture).
Delivery for orders below this amount is £5.95 for a next day delivery. *
Larger items will be delivered by our parcel courier and will require a signature. Please specify a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel.
Small items are sent for delivery by Royal Mail and will take 2-3 working days.
We aim to dispatch your order on the same day (excluding weekends) or the next working day if orders are received after 12 noon. However, at busy times please allow longer for delivery.
*There are limitations to the parcel courier service coverage areas for next day deliveries and it is not always guaranteed.

Scottish Highlands & Islands
Delivery is FREE for orders over £100 (excluding Furniture).
For orders under this amount and weighing under 2Kg delivery is £5.95
Orders over this weight will be charged at £11.95 per box. We will contact you to confirm the delivery charge.
Standard delivery time is 2-5 working days.

Isle of Man
Delivery is FREE for orders over £100 (excluding Furniture).
For orders under this amount and weighing under 2Kg delivery is £5.95
Orders over this weight will be charged at £12.95 per box. We will contact you to confirm the delivery charge. Standard delivery time is 2-5 working days.

Northern Ireland
Delivery is FREE for orders over £100 (excluding Furniture).
For orders under this amount and weighing under 2Kg delivery is £5.95.
Orders over this weight will be charged at £14.95 per box. We will contact you to confirm the delivery charge.
Standard delivery time is 2-5 working days.
Movement of goods from the UK to Northern Ireland is not currently subject to any duties, taxes or clearance fees

Republic of Ireland
Delivery is FREE for orders over £100 (excluding Furniture).
Orders over this amount will be charged at £14.95 per parcel/ box. We will contact you to confirm the delivery charge.
Standard delivery time is 2-5 working days.
Movement of goods from the UK to the Republic of Ireland is subject to clearance fees, duties & taxes depending on the nature and origin of the goods. Our delivery carriers will contact you by email or text message to let you know the fee and how to pay. Once payment has been processed the goods will be delivered to you. Please note that failure to pay these charges will result in your order being sent back to us and you may incur a return fee.

Channel Islands
Delivery is FREE for orders over £100 (excluding Furniture).
For orders under this amount and weighing under 2Kg delivery is £5.95
Orders over this weight will be charged at £17.95 per box. We will contact you to confirm the delivery charge.
Standard delivery time is 2-5 working days.
If you require your order urgently, timed & weekend deliveries can be arranged. Please contact us on 01756 700790 if this is something you require. There are surcharges for these services.

Tracking your delivery
Deliveries can be tracked by downloading the DPD app onto a smartphone or clicking on the email link or SMS text message sent from DPD

Europe & Worldwide
We will contact you with a quotation for delivery & estimated delivery times. We try as hard as we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible but you may experience a delay in receiving your order due to reasons beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Movement of goods from the UK to the EU and Worldwide is subject to clearance fees, duties & taxes depending on the nature and origin of the goods. Our couriers will contact you directly to let you know the fees and method of payment. Please note that failure to pay these charges will result in your order being sent back to us and you may incur a return fee.

Furniture Delivery
Furniture will be delivered on a pallet to your door. Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday, within normal office hours. Please ensure you will be in when your pallet is due to be delivered as there will be an additional charge for re-delivery. For all furniture orders, please supply a daytime contact number so we can ring you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Please check items for damages before the driver leaves, as it is not possible to claim for damages that have occurred in transit if they are not pointed out to the driver. Unfortunately, the driver cannot remove the pallet or wrapping. 

Pallet deliveries will be charged at cost. UK Mainland pallet deliveries are usually within 48 hours.  Next day delivery can be arranged, there is a £10 surcharge UK Mainland only. Non-UK Mainland pallet deliveries are usually 2-5 working days.

Click & Collect
You can collect your order from our warehouse in Skipton, North Yorkshire.  Simply put a note in the additional information Click & Collect and the delivery charge will be removed. We will prepare your order so it is ready to collect within 2 working days and will contact you to arrange a convenient collection time.

Non-Arrival
If goods are lost in transit, please let us know as soon as possible. We will either send out your order again or offer you a full refund.

Returns
We hope you will be happy with your order but if it is not what you wanted, please complete the Returns Slip and return the item in the original packaging, in perfect saleable condition for a full refund.  Please notify us of any breakages within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will send a replacement.  We regret that postage costs cannot be refunded unless goods are being returned due to an error on our part. This applies to both outbound and return postage. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returned earrings unless faulty.
