Key Responsibilities

Make out going customer calls or cold calls to sell Namaste products.
Follow up customers to maintain contact & customer satisfaction.
Develop business with key customers to increase turnover & the range of products bought.
Promote the company’s strengths & range of products.
Recommend products based on a good knowledge of the customer & business.
Demonstrate excellent product knowledge of new, existing & bestselling lines.
Ensure information relating to customer accounts is recorded accurately and kept up to date.
Support the company in growth and maintaining its customer base.
Participate in two Trade Shows per year & occasional weekend work at busy times.

Commercial awareness
Attention to accuracy & detail
Hardworking & motivated
Good communicator
Enjoy building relations on a 1:1 basis as well as part of a close team

Knowledge & Experience Required

Proven experience as a Customer Sales Representative
Knowledge of SAGE
Experience in delivery of excellent customer service
Thorough knowledge & understanding of the product ranges
Good standard of English & Maths

Make out going customer calls or cold calls to sell Namaste products.
Follow up with customers to maintain contact & customer satisfaction.
Identify new target markets and penetrate them to drive sales.
Work with the marketing team to develop new sales strategies and how to implement them.
Develop business with key customers to increase turnover & the range of products bought.
Promote the company’s strengths & range of products.
Develop ways of analysing existing customers to further meet their needs
Recommend products based on a good knowledge of the customer & business.
Demonstrate excellent product knowledge of new, existing & bestselling lines.
Ensure information relating to customer accounts is recorded accurately and kept up to date.
Support the company in growth and maintaining its customer base.
Participate in two Trade Shows per year & occasional weekend work at busy times
