This Kathmandu based business supports a primary school in a nearby village and their employment policies aim to recruit more vulnerable individuals who have difficulties finding a job, such as those with disabilities or the unskilled. Once their free training is completed new employees receive a fair wage and are provided with accommodation if necessary. Pretty butterfly print on soft jersey cotton.
