Gusti is our mosaic man in Bali. He makes all the mosaics himself but drafts in friends and family if he has a big order to complete. It is difficult for suppliers such as Gusti to constantly come up with new designs so we send our Namaste design team out to Bali to sit down with Gusti and discuss how best to implement our own design ideas. We then encourage him to sell these designs to other countries (for no fee) in order to ensure he has a constant source of work. Our mosaics are, of course, fairly traded.
