Retail Delivery

Most goods will be sent on a service that requires a signature. Please specify a delivery address where someone will be available during normal office hours to sign for the parcel. We aim to dispatch your order at least the day after we receive it, if not on that day for orders received in the morning. However at busy times please allow 14 days for delivery. We will send your order on a standard 48 hour service, unless otherwise informed. 24 hour service is available for orders placed before 12.30pm for £2.50 extra. Carriage Charges

Mainland UK orders are carriage free if you spend over £50. Carriage for orders below this amount is £4.95. For all orders this includes insurance should the goods be lost or broken in transit.

Non-mainland UK orders

Orders over £100 are carriage free. Under this amount, orders weighing under 1000g will incur a £4.95 carriage charge. Orders over this weight will be charged at £12 per box. We will contact you to confirm the total.

Europe and the rest of the world

Please place your order, and we will contact you to confirm carriage charges.

Furniture Delivery

Standard Service

Furniture will be delivered on a pallet to your door. Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday, within normal office hours. Please ensure you will be in when your pallet is due to be delivered as there may be an additional charge for re-delivery. The standard service is delivered in an extra large truck, and the driver is not able to leave it out of sight, so please make sure you are confident there is enough room in your street for him to get to your house.

Please check items for damages before the driver leaves, as it is not possible to claim for damages that have occurred in transit, if they are not pointed out to the driver. Unfortunately the driver can not remove the pallet or wrapping. The standard delivery service costs £4.95 for UK mainland orders, or is free for orders over £50. We will be able to dispatch the goods from our warehouse within a few days of receiving the order, dependant upon stock levels.

For all furniture orders, please supply a daytime contact phone number as we need to speak to you to arrange delivery.

For all other destinations we will contact you with a quotation for delivery. We ship worldwide, so please feel free to place orders wherever you are, and we will give you a call with a quotation for delivery.


Please notify us of any breakages within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will send a replacement. Unwanted items may be returned in their original packaging, in perfect saleable condition, for a full refund. We regret that postage costs cannot be refunded unless goods are being returned due to an error on our part. This applies to both outbound and return postage. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returned earrings unless faulty.
